General FAQ
Do I get to choose each pair I receive?
Due to high demand and exclusivity, we are unable to fulfill everyone's specific request's, so we follow a mystery model. Each month, we send out a variety of different watches, guaranteeing that you’ll receive a new style different from the previous month. Assured, every watch meets our $100+ MSRP standard.
When will I receive my pair of sunglasses?
Welcome to Swaggy Shades! When you sign up, your first pair of sunglasses will ship within 3 business days. After that, you’ll be placed on a monthly billing cycle, with a shipment confirmation sent on the 7th of each month.
How It Works:
- On the 7th of each month, monthly subscribers will be charged $40 + S/H.
- Prepaid 3-month and 6-month membership watches are also processed on this date.
- Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after processing.
- U.S. shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days.
- International shipping can take 8-21 business days, depending on customs.

Do I get to keep all the sunglasses I receive?
Absolutely! You paid for them, and they’re yours, no strings attached. With the single sunglass plan, you’ll receive a new pair of sunglasses each month to keep. The same applies to the 3-month and 6-month plans. Each pair of sunglasses becomes a part of your growing collection!
Can I cancel whenever I want?
You can cancel your month-to-month subscription anytime, for any reason. Just make sure to cancel before the 7th to avoid being charged for that month. If your cancellation is made after you’ve been billed on the 7th, we won’t be able to issue a refund for that cycle.
